1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Gujranwala, and Sialkot.

2. Shipping Rates
Express Shipping: Rs. 300 (2-3 business days)
Free Shipping: On all orders above Rs. 14,999
3. Delivery Timeframes
Express Delivery: 2-3 business days
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this to track your parcel with our courier partner.

6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier will make 2 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be held at the courier facility for 3 days. After that, it will be returned to us.

7. Cash on Delivery
COD is available across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
